Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. Opening an account on xbajee means you agree to all of these terms.
General Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xbajee platform and all its services. Opening any type of account, playing games, placing bets, or taking part in any activity on xbajee means you have read all of the following terms and agree to be fully bound by them.
These Terms are published in English for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any dispute, the original document approved by xbajee will be considered final. This service is intended for persons aged 21 or older only.

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age and Eligibility
To open an account on xbajee, you must be at least 21 years of age. xbajee may request a government-issued ID at any time to verify your age. If an account is created with a false age, xbajee reserves the right to close that account and forfeit all balances associated with it.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts, but this must be disclosed at the time of registration.
2.3 Information Provided at Registration
The name, mobile number, email address, and any other information you provide when opening an account must be accurate and your own. Providing incorrect or false information may cause complications during payment processing or account verification, and xbajee will not be responsible for such issues.
- Your name must match your national identity card or passport.
- Your mobile number must be verified and active.
- Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your xbajee account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is a breach of these Terms. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. xbajee will not be liable for any transactions or bets placed as a result of third-party access.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on xbajee is ৳300. Payment methods currently available for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). Funds will be credited to your account after successful verification.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment methods available for withdrawals are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
4.3 Transaction Policy
- Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- It is recommended that the same payment method be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
- For any suspicious transaction, xbajee may request additional information for verification.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200; before withdrawing, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.
5.2 Other Promotions
xbajee regularly offers various promotions. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period:
- Weekly xbajee Reward: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20x.
- xbajee Slot Festival: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25x.
- Weekend Fun Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 22x.
- xbajee Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,500; wagering 15x.
- Refer a Friend to xbajee: up to ৳2,000; wagering 18x.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- If an attempt is made to abuse bonus terms, the account may be suspended.
- xbajee reserves the right to change or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Fairness
All games on xbajee are operated impartially. Certified technology is used across all categories — slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. If a technical error is detected in a game result, xbajee reserves the right to void that round in order to protect the interests of both parties.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game or betting market has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game interface. xbajee may change these limits at any time.
6.3 VIP Program
Regular players receive VIP benefits across three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available based on net losses: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Example: a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbajee:
- Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any artificial method.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or gaming systems.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
- Intentionally placing opposing bets to take advantage of bonuses.
If any such activity is proven, the account will be closed, all balances forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Responsible Gaming
xbajee believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, and we take active steps to ensure it does not lead to addiction. Users can request deposit limits, session time limits, or a temporary account suspension at any time.

- Use of the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
- If you feel you are gaming excessively, please use the self-exclusion option.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about xbajee's services or any transaction, please first contact the support team via live chat or email. Our support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day in both Bengali and English.
The support team will provide an initial response within 3 business days. Additional information may be required for verification in complex cases. In any dispute, xbajee's decision will be considered final unless both parties agree otherwise.
Service Suspension and Termination
11.1 xbajee's Rights
xbajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If a clear breach of these Terms is proven.
- If there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- If it is proven that an account was opened with false information.
- If an underage user's account is identified.
- Due to any legal or regulatory obligation.
11.2 User Rights
You may close your account at any time. In that case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (provided bonus conditions have been met). To reactivate a self-closed account, contact the support team.
Changes to Terms
xbajee reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through the platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have agreed to the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly. The date of any change will be noted at the top of the page under "Last Updated".
